Ordered from ddmgaragedoors.com. Shipping was just okay. Not fast. It did arrive safely, so that was good. Just took longer than I expected. Not a bad experience. Not great either. 3 stars feels about right

The site felt kinda cluttered and slow on my phone. I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to find simple info.

When it arrived, the box was crushed and a few parts had scratches on them. I felt kind of pressured to just deal with it and move on, but the packing seemed careless to me.

I reached out for help with my garage door, but the replies felt rushed and did not really solve the problem. I was hoping for more guidance, so it ended up being a frustrating experience.

Once they received the item, the refund came through without any problems. I ordered this part for my garage door because, based on the listing, it sure seemed like it was supposed to fit. Then it arrived and, surprise, it didn’t line up correctly at all. The size was just off enough that installing it wasn’t happening.
Maybe there was some tiny detail buried somewhere that I missed, but the fit information definitely could’ve been clearer. So now I’ve wasted time messing with it and I’m stuck with a part I can’t use, which is always fun.

Overall though, the selection was solid and browsing was straightforward

I ordered a few garage door parts from ddmgaragedoors.com, and overall I’m happy with what I got. The quality was better than I expected, the springs and hardware felt sturdy and definitely not cheap. Everything fit properly once I got it installed, and so far it’s been working like it should. That said, figuring out exactly what I needed and getting everything set up took me a little longer than I hoped. The parts are good, but it’s not exactly a super beginner-friendly process. I’d still order from them again if I needed more garage door parts.

Customer service did get back to me and answered my questions, which I appreciated!! It just took a bit longer than I was hoping for, especially when I needed an update. Overall, not a bad experience, but quicker replies would make it much better

I tried using their garage door install guide and got frustrated quickly. The steps felt like they skipped over important parts, and some of the pictures didn’t even match what I was working with. I reached out to support hoping they’d clear things up, but the reply didn’t really help at all. If they’re selling this as something customers can install with their guide, they need to take responsibility for making the instructions accurate and actually useful
